XUPER PLUS / YOUR PRIVACY

App Privacy Policy

Draft prepared: 9 October 2026 · Android application

This policy explains data processing associated with the Xuper Plus Android app, including advertising, usage analytics, crash reporting, and support enquiries.

1. About this policy

This draft is prepared for Xuper Plus, the Android movie and series app presented at xupertvplus.world. App privacy enquiries can be sent to support@xupertvplus.world. Website data handling is described separately in the website privacy notice.

2. Information processed

The app uses advertising, analytics, and crash-reporting services. Information processed by these services depends on their SDK versions, the app’s configuration, and your available privacy settings.

  • Advertising: advertising or app identifiers, IP address and approximate location inferred from it, ad interactions, and technical information used to deliver and measure ads.
  • Analytics: app activity/events, device and app information, and identifiers used to understand app usage.
  • Crash reporting: installation identifiers, device/app information, and crash diagnostics such as stack traces and error reports.
  • Support: your email address and the information you choose to include when contacting us.

No claim that the app collects “no data” is made. Collection outside these services, including account information, viewing history, or additional permissions, is awaiting owner confirmation.

3. Third-party services

Google AdMob

AdMob supports advertising and measurement. Its Mobile Ads SDK can process IP addresses, device identifiers, app interactions, and diagnostics for ads, analytics, and fraud prevention. Actual processing depends on SDK configuration.

Facebook / Meta advertising

The app owner has confirmed Facebook ads. Meta advertising services may process device information, identifiers, and advertising interactions under Meta’s policies. The exact SDK or mediation integration is awaiting verification.

Google Analytics for Firebase

Firebase Analytics helps understand app usage through activity events, identifiers, and device information. Collection and retention depend on the app and Analytics settings.

Firebase Crashlytics

Crashlytics helps identify crashes and stability issues using diagnostics and installation identifiers. Firebase documents a 90-day period for crash traces and associated identifiers before removal begins; separately exported data can have different retention.

4. How information is used and shared

The confirmed services support advertising, ad measurement, usage analysis, and troubleshooting. Information processed through their SDKs can be transmitted to Google or Meta. An email support request is processed by the support team and email providers.

Third-party providers may process information outside your country under their own policies and service terms. This draft does not make an unverified promise that personal data is never shared, sold, or used for targeted advertising.

5. Your choices and privacy requests

You can review permissions and available advertising controls in Android settings. Deleting or resetting an advertising identifier does not necessarily stop all processing by app services. Availability of in-app consent and opt-out controls must be confirmed against the released app.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, or objections to processing. Send questions or requests to support@xupertvplus.world. Include enough information to describe the request without sending passwords or sensitive documents.

6. Retention and deletion

Retention for provider-managed data follows the service settings and provider policies. The app’s configured Analytics retention period and any separate storage or exports have not yet been confirmed. Support-message retention and deletion procedures also need confirmation.

Uninstalling the app or clearing its local storage does not automatically delete information already held by service providers. If the app supports account creation, its account and associated-data deletion process must be documented here before publication.

7. Security

Security depends on the app’s implementation and the services it uses. Google documents encrypted transmission for the Mobile Ads SDK. This draft does not confirm the security of other app connections or storage. No electronic system can guarantee complete security.

8. Children’s privacy

The app’s intended age audience and child-directed advertising settings have not yet been confirmed. Those settings and any age-related handling must be documented before this policy takes effect. Parents or guardians with a privacy concern can contact support using the address below.

9. Changes to this policy

A revised policy should be published here when the app’s services or data practices change, with its effective date clearly stated. This draft has no effective date until the remaining app practices are confirmed.
